10 workouts you can do at home
Workout 1
4 rounds
100 jumping jacks
50 sit ups
25 burpees
Workout 2
100 burpees tuck jumps
Everytime you hit a minute stop and do 10 sit ups, then continue the burpees until you finish
Workout 3
5 rounds
10 handstand push ups or shoulder taps
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
Rest for 3 minutes in between each round
Workout 4
1 minute maximum jumping lunges
Rest for 1 minute
1 minute maximum jumping squats
Rest for 1 minute
1 minute maximum lunges
Rest for 1 minute
1 minute maximum air squats
Workout 5
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
20 sit ups
5 burpee tuck jumps
10 push ups
15 squats
Workout 6
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes
1 squat
4 jumps over an object
2 squats
4 jumps over an object
3 squats
4 jumps over an object
4 squats
4 jumps over an object
And so on…
Continue adding 1 airs quat while the jumps remain the same until the 10 minutes are up
Workout 7
10 rounds
12 burpees
Run 5 meters in between each burpee
12 single thrusters (6 with each arm)
Use a bottle filled with water for the thrusters if you lack equipment!
Workout 8
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
20 jumping lunges
2-4-6-8… push ups
Keep adding 2 push ups to the amount of repetitions until the 15 minutes are up
Workout 9
6 rounds
60 high knees
60 butt kicks
10 thrusters
10 sit ups
10 thrusters
10 sit ups
10 thrusters
10 sit ups
Use a bottle filled with water for the thrusters if you lack equipment!
Workout 10
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
200 meter run
15 push ups
15 squats
Extra workout:
3 rounds
21 burpees
21 sit ups
21 squat jumps
